Refund policy
At Just Christ Designs, we are committed to providing our customers with unique and high-quality products created using laser-cutting technology. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange if we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt of the package and provided with full details of the faulty items. The items must also be returned within 7 days of receipt of the package, after investigation, and only if they are not customized or personalized.
Please note that the following conditions must be met for us to process a refund or exchange:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included.
- The item must not have been used, worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
- The item must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase, where applicable.
For customized or personalized products using laser-cutting technology, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This is because these products are tailored specifically to the customer's specifications and cannot be resold to other customers.
We recommend that customers carefully review and approve any custom designs or personalizations before they are completed. This can help to ensure that customers are satisfied with the final product and reduce the likelihood of disputes or issues arising after the purchase has been made.
All custom made orders are made especially for you and are, therefore, final sales. We cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a manufacturer flaw.
Please note that natural variations in the grain, texture, and color of leather, wood, and acrylic products may occur due to their natural materials and manufacturing process. Such variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, as well as the replacement's shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason 30 days after delivery.
