Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or when your order is ready for collection.

Potential delays could occur due to high volume orders, load-shedding or other delays that are outside our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer R100.00 flat rate for local shipping in Gauteng and R135 flat rate for nationwide shipping. Should the delivery address be remote plots, farms or power stations then a surcharge might be applicable.

Pudo delivery is also available at a rate of R70 and only for small packages (dimensions: 60 x 41 x 8 cm & weight: 5kg).

Delivery will take place between 2-5 days after the order has been completed.

Free shipping is available for orders over R1 500.00.

We also offer pick-up at 158 Trichardts Road, Parkrand, Boksburg, 1459 at no charge.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at justchristdesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, in which the returned item is investigated to determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. However, there are some exceptions that can be read in more detail on our refund policy page.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as within 24 hours at justchristdesigns@gmail.com with your order number, full details and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
